As at January 1, 2006, pursuant to the execution of its mission to contribute to the building of the Kingdom of God on earth, by, among other things, facilitating wealth accumulation by members of the body of Christ and any other person who wishes to similarly benefit, as well as by making direct and/or indirect financial contributions to institutions, individuals and projects that are directly involved in the building of the Kingdom of God on earth, Kingdom Investments Unlimited International (KIUI) through its Directors, Members, affiliates and/or associates explore, identify and exploit financial opportunities that are available  through normal, moral, socially acceptable and legal activities, inclusive of but not limited to international currency trading.

Until there is a declaration to the contrary on this site and/or in any other official communication, KIUI, through its Directors, Members, Affiliates and/or Associates proposes to pay its Creditors 4.167% on all loans made to KIUI only in the context of its unequivocal declaration that this proposal is a monthly projection based entirely on an eight-year track record of  consistent monthly foreign currency gains of in excess of 4.167% which has been built on the professional and meticulous execution of the highest industry standards of professionalism consistent with those promulgated and taught by industry leading trading trainers such as Market Traders Institute (MTI) at www.markettraders.com, and does not in any way constitute a guarantee that never in the future a set of circumstances will not so converge as to cause KIUI’s currency trading associates and/or other financial partners, affiliates and/or associates to produce either gains that are lower than their historic average performances or losses. In the unlikely event the latter scenario should materialize, KIUI assures its Creditors that in the first instance, KIUI will absorb the financial shortfall any reductions in historic average performances and will make every effort to pay its Creditors the proposed 4.167% for the current month in which the unlikely shortfall is experienced, and for as long thereafter as KIUI deems itself capable within the context of a clear understanding between KIUI and its Creditors that the contract that governs their relationship is a monthly contract and may be terminated by either side at any time with or without notice.

KIUI further discloses that until there is a declaration to the contrary on this site and/or in any other official communication, a very high percentage of all loans made to it are applied to foreign currency trading transactions and the general nature of these transactions are readily researchable by every KIUI Creditor by doing a search on the internet for the words ‘foreign currency trading’ or similar words.  Because of the unquestionable opportunity for very high returns on Loans to KIUI when compared to returns from a deployment of resources into other financial excursions, and consistent with the laws of several countries whose financial sector is governed by regulatory authorities that do not specifically regulate foreign currency trading transactions, KIUI deems every KIUI Creditor to be a sophisticated investor, and as such, capable of assessing their own risk tolerance and the risk level associated with foreign currency trading transactions, and accordingly making the decision to become an unsecured KIUI Creditor with full responsibility for carrying the risks that may or may not attend such a decision.

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.   The services provided by KIUI are not available to persons residing in any country where the provision of such services or investments would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is the responsibility of visitors to this website to ascertain the terms of and comply with any local law or regulation to which they are subject.

You should note that KIUI funds can be withdrawn at any time. Should there be any indication of instability in the performance of the currency trading institution with which we are dealing, KIUI will issue an investment warning on its website and by email and you would be advised to withdraw your funds until such warning is removed. KIUI will not be responsible for any loss of income through your response to such a warning, and will also not be responsible in the event that a warning is not issued in time.

Although income is paid free from offshore, it may be liable for tax in your own country of residence/domicile or if it is transferred to another country. Your tax position will depend on your personal circumstances and you may wish to seek guidance from your tax adviser. Please note that tax legislation may change.

Investments held in foreign currencies are subject to currency risk and fluctuations and you may not receive the same exchange rate/exchange deal at the time of transfer of your funds.
